DABAEKUN

DABAEKUN

Dabaekun (多白雲) means "many white clouds."
One form, though not one thing. Without a fixed shape, made anew each time.

What Dabaekun does is architecture.
Reading a site, composing space, anticipating what will take place within it, and returning to the beginning to question it again.
It does not start with an answer, nor does it claim, once finished, that it was the right one.

And there is one thing it moves toward.
A building does not stand on architecture alone.
Dabaekun aspires, in time, to bring everything that makes a building into a single design.

For now, it begins with architecture.
